This project started awhile ago with the Souled Out logo for my church’s youth group. Before the project was finalized, the director decided to change the name of the group …. hence a redo on the logo design. The group’s new name is Elevate Student Ministries. He wanted the logo to be fairly corporate feeling and include some kind of arrow(s) in it. He also wanted it to work in both black and white lettering so he could do logo T-shirts for the group on different coloured shirts.
Working with the church’s existing brand colours, I came up with several concepts but these are the two variations he narrowed it down to and then put to a vote. The guys liked the heavier font, the girls liked the lighter font but the boys won by one vote …. and the T-Shirt mock up is below.
